This scope covers shop and field work such as pipe fabrication, equipment setting and alignment, structural steel erection, and precision bolt-up, all executed to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable system performance from build through startup.

 

• Shop Fabrication: Most work is done in a controlled shop environment to ensure quality control and enhance safety, and avoid weather delays.

• Field Fabrication/Erection: On-site assembly, modification, or repair of piping and structural components.

• Project Management & Design: Sketching and drafting to create shop drawings, ensuring components fit accurately.

• Field Piping Installation: On-site fit-up of piping systems, including welding of pipe spools, alignment, and installation of gaskets, valves, and blind flanges.

• Flange Management & Technical Bolting: Installation, tightening, and integrity verification of bolted flange joints using calibrated tools to ensure even load distribution, prevent leaks, and comply with safety standards.
